Coyote Systems, the Leader in real-time Community-Based road information, presents a new application: iCoyote


The available alerts on iCoyote are:

 

  • Fixed speed cameras
  • Mobile speed cameras
  • Risk zones
  • Accidents
  • Road Incidents


Fixed Speed cameras : Our Fixed Speed Camera database is updated daily.

Mobile speed cameras : Coyote lets you add new mobile camera locations and share them with the rest of the Coyote Community (Scouts) at the touch of a button.

Risk zones : iCoyote gives information about all Risk Zones (the areas where a mobile speed camera has been reported by Coyote users in the last three months).

Road Incidents : The community members inform each other in a real time of all the different road incidents they find along the road.


Motorway Mode:



  1. 1. The number of Scouts that are present, travelling in both directions
  2. 2. Network status of 3G connection
  3. 3. Network status of GPS connection
  4. 4. Connection status to Coyote server
  5. 5. The current location / the name of the road you are on
  1. 6. The number of scouts
    in your direction of travel
  2. 7. Mobile speed cameras reported
    in the next 5 miles and 10 miles
  3. 8. Fixed Speed Cameras
    in the next 5 miles
  4. 9. Total number of Scouts
  5. 10. Current speed

Town mode:



  1. Radius zone around which scouts are present
  2. Network status of 3G connection
  3. Network status of GPS connection
  4. Connection status to Coyote server
  5. Current speed
  


THE SCOUTS:

  • Coyote Scouts: Coyote members who have passed your current position in the last 30 minutes
  • iCoyote gives the location information about Scouts up to 30 miles ahead of you
  • The distance to the closest Scout ahead of you
  • In the City mode: the iCoyote gives you information about the Scouts who are in a 5 mile radius of you in the last 30 minutes

This Application is free for a period of 30 days, after this period you can buy your subscription from the application interface or from your Coyote account.
