Is it necessary to take on a GSM/GPRS subscription for mini Coyote to work?

No, Coyote Systems does it for you. Mini Coyote includes a SIM card of a global mobile operator which allows your Mini Coyote to receive information in real time. The initial price of Mini Coyote includes a three-month subscription to the Coyote services which covers the Coyote service as well as all telecommunication costs resulting from an unlimited use of the Mini Coyote.

What happens after the initial 3 month of use?

Before the 3-month subscription is over, your have the option of purchasing a one year or two year subscription to the Coyote services. You will need to register your product and purchase the additional subscription on the subscription page on this site.

I bought the French Mini Coyote, It does not work in the UK, may I exchange it for the UK version?

The French mini Coyote does not work in the UK - it needs a software update and a new SIM card. For a limited time, Coyote Systems UK can convert your French Mini Coyote to the current UK version. Details are here.

May I cancel my Coyote subscription at any time?

The Coyote subscription is comparable to that of a mobile phone operator. The termination of a contract is only possible at the end of the duration of the subscription that you have subscribed. Once that subscription period is over you may cancel your subscription.
