Responsibility

Responsibility of Coyote Systems (UK) Ltd

Information communicated by Coyote Systems comes from two sources:

From speed camera data and speed limit information from the databases of our partners. These databases may not be up to date at all times. Even though we have put in place processes and procedures to check and improve the quality of data available, Coyote Systems cannot be held responsible for missing or wrong data relating to speed cameras locations and actual speed limits.

From members of the Coyote community. Here again Coyote Systems cannot be held responsible for wrong or missing information relating to the absence or presence of speed cameras.

It is also important to remember that certains obstacles such as tunnels and underground parking can block the reception of GPS signals. In these circumstances, the Mini Coyote will be unusable.

The objective of the Coyote system is to promote safe driving and increase road safety by increasing the driver's awareness of his or her speed. Coyote Systems is in no way responsible for the speed of the vehicule.
